Rainbow in my sky

Rainbow fascinated me at times,
sometimes evoked long forgotten memories of childhood,
but just looked up to it as a part of clouds and skies.
yet I know, after rains its appearance gives a colorful sky;
though motionless, this multicolored arch adds a charm to the clouds,
and like an illusion it elicits the minds of children around,
but never thought so much about it in anyway
that I would be writing these words about any of the rainbows.

                          And now I am just doing it…
I am doing it because I am thinking about you,
I don’t know the actual reason,
or maybe just like how you bring out true colors in my smiles,
you are a rainbow in my very own sky.
yes! you are my only beautiful rainbow.

A Painful Shade

With scattered blue, blended with red and yellow,
the skyline appeared marvelous and scary.
the sun slowly touched the line in the west;
And while watching the horizon far away there,
even trying to hold the sun from being set,
a sudden gentle breeze cleared its way through.
My eyes blinked, leaves above me rustled;
made me realize the presence of a tree beside me.

Instinct at that moment reminded me of you,
consciously I laid down;
with eyes opened to the red blossoms above me,
pretty and wonderful as that of your beautiful lips.
The branches and the leaves gave ways to the breeze,
like your arms which I would always embrace for a warm hug.
Those tender florets and little twigs ,
reminded me of the freshness that your cute smiles always had.
That peaceful huge shade caused me to feel ;
those truest emotions we had,
those unintentional concern for each other,
those faithful seekings for each other's eyes,
that unconditional love we shared.

when realizations set in,
I was under a beautiful Gulmohar tree at its bloom of youth;
and instead of the shade that calms the mind and gives peaceful environment,
It gave me a painful and emotional one.

State mates, it's time to think again - It is your call.

'Opinion of each and every state mate living inside or outside the state.' is the most important aspect amidst the unliteral chaos in the state mostly concerning; Change of government's heads, investigations in the amorphous recruitment processes, indistinctive rules of traffic, nonpayment of salaries, irascible social media comments, poorly organized parking systems, road accidents, insurgency complications, rising Mob rule and mob judgments, biometric systems in the offices, lacking of definite shape in the education system, undeclared results, condemnable deaths and killings, delayed or denied justice, Increasing crimes against women, etc.

Yes! At the heart of the city and the towns of Manipur, you will see many young energetic people walking around in its streets, going for their work with a positive sense of morality, values, purpose and goal to build a trend for a synchronized sustainable development, while ensuring standards in Urbanization, Industrialization, Informationization and Agricultural modernization for a rich economy, with and for the citizens through collaborative innovations, but the prevailing chaos in the state somehow provokes a fear in their  minds. And this fear  somehow hammers their capabilities and accessibility that  knowing or unknowingly a subconscious thought convince their inner selves to limit their responsibilities and quietly follow the system where they are into. So, those persons who once had a desire to change the system ultimately had to end up being dragged by the system itself. While there are also young energetic people walking around in its streets, who do not want to find the meaning of life and who somehow do not want to understand the precious value of time that they somehow intentionally or unintentionally, walk around complicating the existing chaos in the state  with a destructive and damaging sense of purpose.

Here, I want to focus on the second category of young people because our state is being ravaged by them who give more importance to other things such as fancy dresses, mobile phones, bikes etc. rather than concentrating on the value of education. Some of them get married really soon only to realize that their decisions have changed their lives drastically, leading to many unwanted events in the society. Some of them feel manly when they abuse drugs which  finally becomes a vicious circle and ends up spreading its circumference. Some of them involve in gun crimes and drug smugglings thinking that it is the only shortcut  way to swim in the pool of money but it eventually brings up deaths and killings in the state. There are many more problems as such which somehow are interrelated and are the main cause of the prevailing chaos in the societies as well as in the state.

So, you are free to know in which category you are heading to and If you feel that you are in the wrong direction then it's time to think again- it is your call so that 'We' can at least minimize the chaos and ultimately stop it to provoke the coming generations. And you are even free to share the right opinion to the nearby young uneducated people to let them understand and know that even an illiterate old man can be wise and could be thinking of what a peaceful smart city would be like.

Populated Attitudes

Watch out!

Know the world where you live in,
Try to notice the smallest things happening around you,
each and every fraction of seconds of your time has a significant meaning stored beneath.

When you make a slightest turn, there are zillions of moments,
there are thousands of brained creatures,
as that of yours, each one with different opinions.

Try to be yourself, value you get matters you and defines you,
and values you rate for others define them too.
But never compromise with your self-respect and attitude,
As they differentiate you from those brained thousands nearby.

Remember, Self-respect is respecting the one who boost your self esteem.
And Attitude is your way of carrying towards those thousands who have their own attitude too.
